Shirts and apparel are printed to order on-demand, then shipped via FedEx or the United States Postal Service. Actual shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping options you chose when you placed your order. Shipping times presented at checkout are estimates based on common shipping circumstances and can be affected by holidays, carrier load, etc. Generally, most orders arrive within 2 weeks from the date the order was placed. Please note that shipping times are from the time of fulfillment (your order being made ship-ready), and not from the time you place the order. Orders placed with FedEx 2-day or Overnight delivery have an expedited production and are often shipped the next day.
Due to the nature of on-demand printing and the donation-centric nature of our merchandise, we cannot accept returns for improperly sized apparel, nor can we accept returns for reasons other than damage. Sizing charts are provided for all garments prior to ordering; please review all sizing information carefully prior to placing your order. Return requests for reasons other than damage will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and, if approved, may be subject to a restocking fee.
If your items arrive damaged, please retain all of the original packing materials and contact us immediately. You can generally expect a replacement within 7 to 14 business days of the receipt of your return, providing it arrives safely. We cannot accept items that have been damaged, altered, or worn.
