Merchandise which arrives damaged or wrongly sized can be exchanged or refunded as outlined in the policies below.
If your items arrive damaged, please retain all of the original packing materials and contact me immediately. I cannot accept items that have been damaged, altered, or worn.
Sizing charts are provided for all garments prior to ordering; please review all sizing information carefully prior to placing your order. If you receive an item that is improperly sized, the item can be replaced under the following conditions:
- The original item can be exchanged for an item of the correct size.
- The recipient is responsible for any shipping fees to deliver the new item.
- Improperly sized items can only be exchanged, they cannot be returned.
As online shopping becomes more popular, so does doorstep package theft. According to a survey conducted by Comcast, a shocking 1 in 4 Americans reported a stolen package. We suggest our customers use their neighbour’s or work address, if they won’t be at home for the delivery; we are not responsible for the costs of reshipping an order if tracking information states an order was delivered and do not offer refunds in such cases.
Because each item is made on-demand per order, and due to the donation-centric nature of each sale, I cannot return or exchange organizational apparel which has already been manufactured or shipped for reasons other than those outlined above. Exchanges of non-organizational merchandise are managed on a case-by-case basis. Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.
If you are ordering from outside the United States, your order may be subject to additional fees imposed by your local government’s customs office. These fees are imposed by your local customs office and are not in any way related to this site.
Shirts and apparel are printed to order on-demand. Actual shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping options you chose when you placed your order. Generally, most orders arrive within 2 weeks from the date the order was placed. Please note that shipping times are from the time of fulfillment (your order being made ship-ready), and not from the time you place the order. Orders placed with 2-day or Overnight delivery begin preparation immediately and, unless an item is out of stock, are generally shipped the next day.
Apparel is printed and shipped from the US. The garments used are sourced from WRAP-certified providers like Bella+Canvas and Champion, who manufacture in the U.S. and internationally in a no-sweat-shop, humane, sustainable way. Depending on circumstance, such as COVID-19, some items are occasionally manufactured in Europe in order to meet demand.
