If your items arrive damaged, please retain all of the original packing materials and contact me immediately. Items that have been damaged, altered, or worn cannot be exchanged.

Due to the nature of on-demand printing and the donation-centric nature of our merchandise, we cannot accept returns for improperly sized apparel, nor can we accept returns for reasons other than damage. Sizing charts are provided for all garments prior to ordering; please review all sizing information carefully prior to placing your order. Return requests for reasons other than damage will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and, if approved, may be subject to a restocking fee. If we agree to replace an improperly sized item, the item may be replaced with the following conditions:

  • The recipient will be responsible for any shipping fees to deliver the new item.
  • Improperly sized items can only be exchanged, they cannot be returned.

If your item arrives damaged, please be prepared to provide photos of the damage upon request. We will issue a replacement as quickly as possible.
